Seiko VS75 Solar Movement
A discrete solar panel underneath the dial converts both natural and artificial light into electrical energy, so the watch is constantly charging– even indoors and in cloudy weather.
Two minutes of sunlight provides 24 hours of autonomous time-keeping power. Fully charged, the movement will operate for 6 months without light.
Unlike conventional quartz watches, this movement does not use a silver oxide battery and will therefore never require a battery replacement.
316L Stainless Steel Case
The case of the Lightwell Chronograph is a nod to the classic WWII-era pilot watch: a bold chamfered bezel atop a cylindrical center case with slab sides and tapered lugs that come to a smooth, flat end.
The case is made using surgical grade 316L stainless steel, chosen for its high strength and corrosion-resistance. Measuring 38.5mm wide, 11.5mm thick and 46mm from lug to lug, the case is compact, well-balanced, and ideal for everyday use.
100 Meter Water Resistance
We integrated a screwdown crown and caseback to achieve a 10 ATM water resistance rating. Capable of being submerged 100 meters underwater, the Lightwell Chronograph is tough enough to go surfing, fishing, or snorkelling in the deep end.
Sapphire Crystal & AR Coat
A thick, flat sapphire crystal protects the dial while offering low-maintenance durability. Incredibly scratch-resistant, Sapphire is rated nine out of ten on the Mohs hardness scale, second only to diamond.
We applied several layers of anti-reflective coating to further improve clarity and light transmittance.
We applied several layers of SuperLuminova BGW9 onto the hands and along the hour track of the dial to provide legibility in low-light environments.
This this heavy-duty engineer bracelet is constructed from high-quality solid 316L stainless steel links and features a flip-lock safety clasp. Six removable links and 3 micro-adjustment positions ensure the perfect fit.
